State of the Promo Industry and Looking Ahead

Presented by Frank Serrao,

Director of Business Development at ASI

 During this session, attendees will learn important statistics and other findings from the most recent State of the Industry study prepared by ASI Research. We will also discuss notable trends appearing in the promotional products industry and the hottest markets to target.

• Is this session eligible for credits?  ASI no longer uses a credits or points system for its BASI/MASI education program. Instead, industry professionals take the BASI and MASI exams when they feel they’re ready and have hit certain markers.

About Frank:

Frank Serrao is the Director of Business Development at ASI. Frank has held sales management roles for over seven years prior to coming to ASI in 2022. In his previous career, Frank traveled the country building sales teams from the ground up and establishing strong business to business relationships. He is very familiar with the promotional products trends, as he served as the primary end-buyer of promo products for all events held for his former company.
